Our policy.

Booking

​

In order to secure your spot, ‘Grace Brows & Beauty’ requires a minimum of $100- $150 non-refundable deposit via e-transfer (this amount will come off the total cost of the service due on the day of your session when booked within 6 months). If you do not leave a deposit, your booking will not be confirmed.

Booking Durations

​

1.5 - 2 hours is allocated per booking. This is to allow for any consultations before the procedure, unforeseen circumstances that may cause the artist to run late, and to allow the artist a break in-between procedures. The cosmetic tattooing procedure will only take 40 minutes - 1 hour, so if the artist finishes your procedure early this does not mean your appointment has been rushed.

Payment Options

​

We accept cash and bank transfer only. We currently do not offer EFTPOS facilities, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Re-Scheduling

​

Clients must provide at least one week to 72 hours to reschedule their appointment. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. 

​

If you need to reschedule your appointment within one week to 72 hours of your session, you will be asked to pay another deposit. If this is the case, only one of the deposit payments will be taken from the total cost of the service due on the day of your session. Our rescheduling policy is strict. 

​

Rescheduling more than twice will not be rebooked.

​

Grace Brows & Beauty reserve the right to refuse rebooking appointments.

Cancellations

​

If you change your mind about the procedure /cancel the appointment we require one week to 72 hours notice, if you do not provide the adequate amount of notice you will forfeit your deposit, this goes towards admin time used to manage your booking. If you cancel unexpectedly due to illness we require evidence of this (medical certificate etc). If you have given adequate notice, deposit can be used as credit towards services of the same nature for the next 6 months. If the appointment is cancelled entirely, the deposit goes towards admin time used to consult you and manage your booking.

Lateness

​

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment or you have not called or texted about your estimated time of arrival, you will be considered a ‘no show’ and will be asked to pay a $50 - $150 deposit to re-book your session.

 

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and re-book for another time in order to keep to our schedulePlease be considerate of other clients after you, being late means reducing your treatment time.

Pre-appointment Preparation

​

Grace Brows & Beauty will give instructions to prepare for your appointment. Failure to follow preparation advice such as numbing cream application or avoidance of blood thinners and other contraindications means your appointment will be cancelled and to rebook you will need to pay another deposit. Please refer to our Pre-Instruction page for guidelines.

Aftercare 

​

Grace Brows & Beauty will give instructions on how to properly care for your cosmetic tattoo after every procedure. Aftercare for your cosmetic tattoo contributes to 90% of the final result. For any reason you are incapable of not following the pre-care or after-care instructions provided to you, we cannot guarantee the best healed results for your brows. Multiple sessions may be required as we are working with skin, we can not guarantee colour and predict the healing process. We do not offer free re-touch sessions.

No Show

​

No shows will not be rebooked and deposit is forfeited.

Refunds

​

Grace Brows & Beauty does not offer refunds.

​

Rates

​

Service rates are subject to change, although ‘Grace Brows & Beauty’ will take measures to ensure rate changes are communicated via social media platforms and on our website in advance.

Age Restrictions

​

Due to insurance liability reasons, ‘Grace Brows & Beauty’ are not permitted to perform microblading on anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. Proof of age may be requested at the time of appointment.

Reminders

​

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they put the correct date and time in their calendars once their spot is confirmed - we will however send you a reminder.

​

Touch-up Deposit

​

The same deposit rules apply for touch up appointments. Touch ups must be booked from the first session or as earliest as possible to secure appointment time. Refer to price list for touch up price for differing time frames.

​

Consultation Fee

​

There is a $50 in person non-refundable consultation fee which goes towards your treatment if you book treatment within 6 months. 

​

Time Limit for Deposits 

A $100 or $150 deposit may be held for booking first sessions. This can be used within 6 months of your consultation.
